Perfect for a day or two off from being a tourist! The hostel is really comfortable and nobody tries to sell you any add-ons or tours - just honest and free advice about where to go to book onward tickets. Also good for saving some money - DVDs, free internet, Wii, cheap laundry facilities, microwave and fridge. Nanning itself was worth a couple of days just to enjoy the sun and to watch people dancing, playing cards and getting a haircuts in the local parks.Perfect for a day or two off from being a tourist! super clean place with a great staff. very nice bathrooms and beds. the communal room was very cozy and a good place to meet people. their vietnam visa service was great with no commission. i would definitely stay here again. NOTE:the bus to vietnam dropped us off in the middle of nowhere at some elementary school (not at a hotel or bus station)that was 20-30 by minutes outside of the old quarter. have your hotel info on you so can take a taxi there from where they drop you off at.super clean place with a great staff. very nice bathrooms and beds. the communal room was very cozy and a good place to meet people. their vietnam visa service was great with no commission. i would definitely stay here again. Ok, we only stayed from late at night, until very early morning, transit through from Guilin to Hanoi, but this place is perfect, the staff were able to point us to the bus which is 5 mins walk form the hostel, the taxi from the station late at night cost 80 Yuan, the rooms are cool and have groovy paintings, the showers were super blasty, and all decorated individually, cant say enough good things. Thanks lotusland! Shame we didnt stay longer. and free water!Ok, we only stayed from late at night, until very early morning, transit through from Guilin to Hanoi, but this place is perfect, the staff were able to point us to the bus which is 5 mins walk form the hostel, the taxi from the station late at night cost 80 Yuan, the rooms are cool and have groovy paintings, the showers were super blasty, and all decorated individually, cant say enough good things. Lovely little hostel in a location very convenient to the train station. The rooms were minimal but clean, and of a good size. The lobby was a great place to hang out as we waited for our train to leave. Our favorite part about the place were the showers! this is just a gateway, use it as that and it's superb, new building, very clean and excellent entertainment area. there's not a massive amount in the city but that is in no way the hostels fault.this is just a gateway, use it as that and it's superb, new building, very clean and excellent entertainment area. there's not a massive amount in the city but that is in no way the hostels fault....Close

Good bathrooms as everyone says. The hostel isn't really a party hostle and we found it quite chilled out. It's easy to organise your vietnam visa and bus tickets from here. Room 201 is quite noisy from within the hostel and be aware that 202 and others on the same side are opposite a steel(?) works where they are making big pans so you will probably be woken up by their work after 7.30 am. No real complaints though.Good bathrooms as everyone says. The hostel isn't really a party hostle and we found it quite chilled out. It's easy to organise your vietnam visa and bus tickets from here.
