I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lough Derg hostel. The location is so pretty, there is a lovely pub beside it where you can get lovely food. The owners were so kind. I was there with my two teenage sons and they loved it. The breakfast was very good and you can get a cooked breakfast for 5 euro which was excellent. I will definately return to Lough Derg Hostel in the future.
