I have stayed here and the staff are very nice. I stayed in several other hostels in Dresden including Kangaroo, but this is much more friendly cleaner and I always feel welcome. Molto meglio degli altri ostelli di Dresda molto piu' pulito atmosfera amichevole!!!! ottima selezione di tee erbale gratuita tutto il giorno disponibile..

Wonderfully well-run. Excellent breakfast. Very efficient staff. Superb location (the neighbourhood is excellent for the evenings especially). Five golden stars.

Our double private room was perfectly clean and almost cosy. Actual bathroom, with a tub, lockable and everything. Perfect! Staff was really nice and helpful with directions/recommendations about the area. Location is perfect, right in the middle of what I understand is Dresden's bar and arts district, yet only a short walk (3 minutes) to the train station that'll take you into Dresden's historic city center. If we ever come back to Dresden, this will for sure be our hostel of choice again

Fantastic hostel right in the centre of great shops, close to a train station (though still a bit of a walk with our bags), excellent bars, eateries and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Spacious dorms, fantastic double room, incredible breakfast. The best breakfast at a hostel. Also the beers sold at reception very convenient.

Very comfortable beds and the best breakfast you can ever get in a hostel (e.g. "honeymachine" with different bio honeys and a mill to make your own individual müsli)!!! Linen is free for students (otherwise 2,50€), so the breakfast buffet for 5,50€ wasn't too much.

Very beautiful place, nice room (color, furniture, architecture), near from the old town and restaurant, bar, market. Breakfasts were very good ! (Il you like the freshness of Muslix cereal). Little bit Noisy outside but, you have to lock firmly your window. But, it was not obvious at the first time how to lock corectly the window (you have to turn the handle of the window three times to the right).

Very clean place. Very friendly staff. Location is quite a walk from the Old City, but there are plenty of bars / night clubs / restaurants close by for evening activities. Definately recommended.

I was staying in one of the private rooms, rather than a dorm room and it was lovely. The whole place is really nicely decorated and clean and modern. Nicest hostel I've stayed in.

Bed linen 5 euro is too expensive.

The best thing about Louise 20 was that it was clean. The beds were very comfortable too. But many things need improvement. There was no place to relax and meet people - the room with the TV would have been much better if it had couches. The staff weren't knowledgeable about the city and seemed perturbed when I asked questions - the weren't welcoming. Also, there were many additional charges for breakfast, linens, and internet...at least one of those should have been included in the price.
