As a young couple travelling through Dallas, this was perfect for us. The guest house is great value for money and in a safe, friendly neighbourhood. The host is also very helpful and kind and he provided us with free water and snacks during our stay which was lovely. It was very clean and homely and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
