This hostel was great for what you pay for. It seems a little rough around the edges at first but after you meet the owners and the staff it will feel like tropical home. The room was decent a little on the dirty side. The beach breakfast was good and so cheap! The owners are so helpful and will arrange excursions all around the island so you don't have to worry about planning a thing. Overall a great stay! If I ever come back, I will definitely stay here!

I could not have imagined any better place for me in Sanya than this hostel. Shying away from the tourist crowd on the famous beaches, it took the little quiet corner in the village with a convenient bus connection, a local market with various food choices, cheap seafood restaurants next door, a friendly staff, and most importantly, rooms right on the sandy beach that you can have all to yourself in a low season. I would totally come back next time and choose the same place!

The place was extremely hard to find, as it is down an unmarked ally. The beach it is on is nice, unless you want to go swimming as the water is about 1 foot deep for a good km. The bed was a plank of wood with a sheet over it, and the broken a/c and bugs made sleeping very hard. The hostel is very far from the main downtown area.

Despite the fact we went in high season, the place was overrated. They never cleaned the bathroom/toilet or emptied the bin. The staff tried to be friendly but they tried to make money more.....a pity.

A lovely quiet and peaceful location away from the noise and crowded streets of the town centre or the grottier busy beaches. Hard to find it- even with map provided- no sign

It was nice to be on the local side on the island. There was a roster for a wake up call, but it was worth it. The. Lulls running it are adorable and the older. Caretakers are just as cute or cuter. They all care about the cleanliness and perfection of service to the T. We had a lovely week there.
