One of the best hostels we stayed on our trip to Ireland! Nice , clean, quiet, near the centre, and...and...simply 10 all the way! Thanks!

Very cute hostel owned by a family living in the same house. Great place to come if you're with someone, not a great place to come if you're alone. Well, Dingle period isn't a great place to come to alone unless you're craving some solid alone time. Wifi reaches throughout house, no lockers or anything so spring for a private room or hopefully you're with someone. Beds not very comfortable, kitchen available, towels 1 euro for the duration of your stay. Good location, close to bus stop.

The lovett's is a cozy family business, the owners would share everything with you. They are humble, honest and decent people. This place is ideal for the type of traveller who seeks close contact with local culture and people who live there, and to explore it from within. Great to learn what's like to live in Dingle these days. We stayed in a mixed 6-bed dorm, next to the kitchen and lounge. There might be only 3-4 rooms in this hostel, but there are as many bathrooms / showers upstairs!

A real taste of genuine irish culture from the staff, a perfect base to stay while discovering the area.

The night at Lovett\'s Hostel was good. The room was really clean. The lady who welcomed us was really nice and available. She gave us names of places we could chill out and eat. The only negative points were the noises in the evening: until 11 PM, people were talking pretty loud in the house, taking showers and the other thing was the beds on casters.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were really comfortable and the hostel was really clean. My only suggestion would be to have lockers available in the room.

Didn't feel very welcome. Very aware that you were in someone's home. Couldn't relax. Any noise (talking at normal voice level at night) was a no no.

This is not really a hostel, it is more like a spare bedroom in someone's house that has had 6 beds shoved into it. The family live there and are constantly around so it feels more like you have crashed the night in a stranger's house and it is quite uncomfortable.

We book for one night and spent finally three. Clean, nice and cheap hostel. There is not breakfast included in the price, but it really doesn't matter. Helen, who runs the hostel is helpful and very nice!. Lovely place with a quiet atmosphere, I highly recomend it.

i think all the hostels in dingle are over priced including lovetts.there was a permanent bad smell of frying around the house, perhaps lack of ventilation.the family were also living more or less in the hostel,it just did not have that hostel feel to the place, certainly nothing creative or interesting about it.i certainly would not go back or recommend it.

The hostel was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. And even though it was full there are enough bathrooms and showers so no competition to try and shower in the morning! Very easy to find too, just round the corner from the bus stop. Good value for money,

The hosts were the nicest people I have met since coming to Ireland. Their house is beautiful and made me feel like a real guest in their home rather than a customer. David, a co-owner, was very sweet and rented us out bikes for a great deal. They told us excellent places to go in town and the over all stay at their home was wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A lovely little hostel in Dingle. It was quiet being low season but the internet worked and we could cook easily enough in the kitchen. Only a quick stop so not much time to settle in. Thanks for having us.
