This place has an incredibly friendly service. Mr Ha who works the day shift was really helpful and always smiling when he saw us. The rooms were clean and the location is excellent. The one down point of this place is that there is construction going on both sides of the hotel. While the staff were accommodating in moving us to a new room, it\\\'s still noisy enough to wake you up in the morning. I would definitely stay here again though.

All in all this is a good hotel to stay in. Staff are very helpful. The only problem is at the moment there are building sites both sides of the hotel so we woke to the sound of jack hammers every morning at 7 and this went on for most of the day.

great little hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter. our room is rather small but has everything we need . very good aircon, beautiful bed, fresh towel and fruits provided daily.

Great place for a great price. Other than the two power failures, the stay was great. Nice room with AC, complimentary wine, fruit, and water in the room, and a great breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location,just a block to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. As this is a new hotel so all things in room are still fresh and comfy.good a/c , new sheets and towels. this place a good choice for the price.

A brilliant hotel for the price. Location is perfect, two minutes from the lake and surrounded by cafes/bars. Breakfast included with a fairly wide choice. The best feature is without doubt the friendly staff though. They can't do enough for you, taking a genuine interest in your plans while in the area without any kind of hard sell on tours they promote. That said the Halong Bay tour arranged here was brilliant.

Smart clean rooms, comfortable beds, a great location and the nicest staff we have met anywhere in Vietnam. This place is great value for money, and also the only budget hotel I have ever stayed in that does breakfast to order included in the price!
