great place, i've already extended my stay for another couple of nights. very clean, secure, and a great bar and lobby where you'll meet plenty of people, even if you're on your own. Location is enough out of the way to not be in too crazy or dodgy a neighbourhood, but everywhere is within a taxi ride for 100 baht or less

Nice and comfortable hostel. Don't take tuk tuks but take the cheap taxis.

Still outstanding. Still the best hostel in Asia, if not the world. Bathrooms having a slight smell issue at times but not because they\'re unclean... maybe just ventilation?

Lub D is still the best hostel I\'ve ever been to. This was my 2nd stay there and I was just sad to see that the staff didn\'t seem as friendly this time.

Great modern place, more like a hotel then hostel. bit far away from main action, although only cost 150 bart to get to main street so not too bad :)
