The internet speed (wifi) is very slow. The place where breakfast is served at the reception counter is too small and gets congested. Consider moving this. The common rooms are fine for eating the breakfast.

Nice place to stay in Beijing. It's very close to a subway station and you can walk to Tian An Men square and the Forbidden City in less than an hour.. I would stay there again.

they were very helpful, especially with me speaking broken mandarin. The receptionists were awesome! Amy was cool! I think it would be a good idea for the hostel to suggest popular itineraries from their hostel.

We didn´t like the bathroom, after taking a shower the whole bathroom is wet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is very good and near the subway.

By far the best of the three hostels I stayed at in Beijing. It would have been nice to have an attached restaurant, but there's plenty around.

Great staff!! Didnt always speak English but always wanted to help! Tour to Jinshaling Great Wall was very nice, no shopping! Good breakfast but stops after 9 so I didnt make it a lot of times. Near the subway, so that way close to everything! And close to lots of restaurants. Bathroom ensuite in dorm, western toilet washing bin and hot shower in 1. Wifi falls out sometimes. Toilet got blocked but immediately repaired. Not so cozy common rooms. No kitchen. Big lockers!

This hostel is near to the heart of the beijing city center and I loved my one night stay here. The staff are very nice and friendly. The owner is also open and warm-hearted. I like the living rooms because it really gives me the youth hostel atmosphere. In one word, this is one of the best hostel i have ever stayed during my trip and I love it very much.

I had a fantastic stay here, the staff make you feel so welcome and when the time came to leave I really did feel like I was leaving my family behind! The free breakfast is a real bonus, the beds are comfy and the common rooms are great places to meet people and relax. This is possibly the best hostel I've stayed in in China.

This place was awesome. It was my first experience staying at a hostel, and wasn't really sure what to expect. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasure meeting them all. This hostel was the main reason why my vacation rocked. The common rooms' a great place to talk to other people on their own adventures and great way pass time and meet new people.

Located a lovely part of Beijing's Hutong. Convenient for getting around either by bike or train. Upgraded when the room originally booked was full at no extra cost. Hostel doesn't have a party, party atmosphere but it does the job nevertheless. Female travellers be warned! There was a man waiting outside the hostel one night. He followed us up the street and grabbed us. He ran when we shouted. However, he was still outside when we returned. Staff did not seem to understand us when we told them.

Very well located, just 2 minutes walking to a subway station.... Very friendly and helpful staff, they helped us organizing our tours and assisted to buy train/bus tickets. They offer a simple free breakfast which is nice but the common areas are quite small but anyway it was a great stay overthere, highly recommended.
