The best part about this hostel is the location. It's a quick walk to the beach for the Full Moon Party and also a short walk from the pier where the boats come. A common room is lacking at the hostel, but other than that it's clean enough and nice enough for what you need if you're going to the Full Moon.

There is no security what so ever, anybody can walk in and out of the hostel without beint questioned. If the door isnt locked buy the last person to come in it will stay stay open all night. Other than that it is in a great location, a few mintues walk from the beach. It is clean and tidy, but beware you don't get paint on the sheets, you will be charged a stupid amount when checking out.

i did not stay there. i booked for 350 baht and then got an email it would cost 550, when i arrived they said 500. still unacceptable. stayed in bamboo on the other side of the road for 400 baht, that was really good.

Perfectly good full moon hostel. The rooms are obviously a little more expensive than other places in Thailand but that's to be expected at full moon. What attracted us to this hostel was the 3 night minimum stay which is better than most other hostels. The rooms were not spacious, but the facilities were clean. We went as a large group but if going alone it may not be the easiest to meet people as there are no communal areas. Great location though, I would stay again.

This 25 bed dorm looks nothing like the pictures it is pretty awful. Beds are the worst I have ever slept on, never any staff around to sort anything out, terrible showers and a lack of security. We paid an extortionate rate to stay over New Years Eve but would still be wary of paying more than $8 a night for a place like this during regular season. We couldn't get our deposit back as there was nobody around when we left to give our key back to and to get out £20 deposit back. BE WARNED!

This is a good option if you're not wanting to stay on the island for a whole week, as most places require that you book a min 5-7 nights. Quite expensive, but that's the norm. Really great location for Full Moon Party! It's a simple dorm, with no common room or anything, but there's plenty of places nearby to hang out :)
