The breakfast could be better. I think because i stay longer (13days) sometime you forgot to take care about the breakfast and it was not so good for me. Sometime i did not have almost nothing to eat.

Great family run operation for a reasonable price. The only downside is the hostel is located far from the city center. They are close to a bus station, but the buses only run twice an hour if that. Overall though Lucky Hostel was a great place to stay with a great building and rooms. Highly recommended.

Very poor atmosphere. Employees and staff were rude and fighting each other all day and all night. Settling some private 'wars' in front of guests and being very loud all the time. No way anyone could sleep or think. The only thing you want is to get out of there. Everyone around was constantly accusing one another of sleeping around with guests and other staff members. VERY TIRING.

Many thanks for very nice stay. Breakfast is very rich in various food. Very cheap used pool table and PlayStation. Only 5 PLN per hour. Cool games for PlayStation. Many thanks to volunteer Rachid. Also thanks to all staff. They are cheerful, smiling and friendly people.

Amazing value for money! We went to Gdansk for Easter (group of students) and not only the price was almost 7€ per night, but we had free breakfast too.And in Easter's morning we had an amazing (and again free!) traditional polish easter breakfast with soup, eggs etc! The staff are really kind, and the guy in reception is great. The place feels very familiar. The only thing that is not perfect is location, but actually there is a bus station to the city center and old town, at only 5 min away.

I really thought that my stay here was worth it. I was there for twelve nights... and got to know the staff quite well. My stay was great, the staff were amazingly helpful, and I didnt have any problems finding the hostel after the first time. Its a little tricky to find if you dont know Gdansk but its about ten mins from the city center so not bad at all! I stayed in a two bed room dorm, and was alone for the stay thankfully. It was a little cold, but I got used to it. :) Good choice!

Very warm atmosphere. Very clean Hostel. Is winter and everybody have snow and water on the shoes. That water is with salt. This is bad for the floor, but staff very fast clean the floor. Breakfast is intersting. Very much various food and much type of coffee and tea. Is tasty breakfast and fruits. Nowhere in other hostels I get the fruit for breakfast. Pool and Play Station is a very good idea for cold nights. I can't wait for the next arrival.

Generally I enjoyed my stay here, however, I would not recommmend it to my friends. The place itself is nice if not located somewhat remote, this is not a big problem, though, thanks to good PT connection. Every morning, a basic but welcome breakfast is served, and staff are mostly friendly. The problem was that most dorms do not have nearly enough keys, resulting in us being locked out of our room at 2am, prompting the staff to climb the balcony (what I'd done twice already).
