Our stay with Lucky your house was fine, no problems. Room was clean, breakfast was good. However we left our charger behind and have tried emailing but haven´t got a response.
Location was great, the lady at the front desk during the day was the nicest most helpful staff member ever! Clean rooms, wifi was very average but still had it sometimes, breakfast was sufficient and the hostel was helpful for booking activities in and around Puno.
It's a nice quiet chill place that you can use after the crazier place in cusco and others.
I booked my lake tour through the front desk and it was not great but okay. Their staff are nice and helpful.
Very nice staff. I booked a 4-bed dorm, they gave me a two-bed one. All rooms have individual beds, very comfortable and clean. Good choice to stay in Puno.
We were only here for a night between Cusco and going to Bolivia but it was a comfortable night. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good, though a bit claustrophobic as the curtain was right in your face. Breakfast was really good, nice variation of cereal, bread, eggs and fruit and it started early which was perfect as we had to leave early for the bus. Has a computer and printer which is handy. Not much atmosphere, feels a bit more like a hotel but staff are very friendly.
This is more like a hotel than a hostel. I booked a four bed dorm but was given a two bed ensuite instead which was great, but felt a little awkward to essentially share a hotel room with a stranger. Location is good, only 3 short blocks from Plaza de Armas and walkable to explore the area. Breakfast spread is nice with veggies and cheese to go along with the usual eggs and bread. The man at reception was wonderful and very helpful. Arranged a taxi at no additional cost when I was leaving.
Cheap, clean and safe with very friendly staff. I had a 2 day lake tour booked and they were running late. A staff member asked for my travel company details, called them and found out when they would arrive. Only negative comment is that the staff dont speak full english.

This was a great hostel, we only stayed for two nights but really enjoyed it. They had a free breakfast that included eggs, and free coca tea 24/7 (which is really needed at that altitude). One night my boyfriend and I weren't feeling well so the night receptionist ordered us a pizza, but they wouldn't deliver so he actually left the hostel to pick it up for us! Very nice staff, would recommend.

Very nice hostel. It had a nice vibe, and the common area was great to hang out in. The staff was very attentive and nice. The room was also nice and warm, with a comfy bed and a hot shower. The Restaurant recomendations of Karol and La Cabana were awesome. Thanks!
FANTASTIC free breakfast. Strong internet. I recommend shopping around before booking a tour through the front desk; others on my 2-day tour to the islands had paid 15-30% less. Also, all of the "dorms" are actually small guest rooms (2-4 beds) with ensuite bathrooms.
Only stayed 1 night but was a very pleasant stay
Be aware you will need cash to pay for the hostel despite the numerous visa signs at reception. The dancing in the evening as also pretty awkward and there is forced participation.
The hostel is nice, maybe a bit old but still comfortable. It doesn't have shared bathrooms, just private ones in the shared rooms. The breakfast is good and I think the best part is the staff. They were so nice smiling and helpful all the time. They also performed typical dances for hostel guests. I really felt good during my staying there.
We were very happy with our accommodation at Lucky House. Staff were very helpful and assisted with local information. Facilities excellent and very clean. Thank you.

Good base for exploring the floating islands. Nice to get a private room for the same price as a dorm in another hostel! Really lovely staff that were very helpful in arranging tours and bus tickets.
Staff is very helpful, and willing to go extra miles to ensure you have a gd experience, bed is clean and comfy, they even have traditional dance eAch night at the lobby. Breakfast is simple, but much better than elsewhere I've stayed during this trip.
Scrambled eggs on demand for breakfast. Friendly, accommodating staff. Cozy, tranquil atmosphere. Space heaters in the rooms to provide additional warmth if needed. The hostel arranged a great full day tour of the Uros Floating Islands and Taquile Island. Lucky Your House was a great home base for my short stay in Puno.
These beds were SO comfortable. We reserved a dorm room but none of the beds were lofted and each bed was at least a double/full size...a nice break from singles/twins. The staff was great and very helpful. 3 blocks from main square. Great Wifi with routers on each floor. We checked out in the morning and hung out in Puno for the day but ended up going back to the hostel to watch movies in the main area before our night bus. One of the best hostels we stayed at in South America!
