The bus station and the train station are at the same place. They are about 500m from the guesthouse. Go up the Mártirok street.At the end of the road,(there is a museum there at the corner), turn left and go straight ahead 300 m. The guesthouse is on the corner of Festetics street and Liszt Ferenc street.
