The place is very cozy and the woman who runs it is very friendly but does not speak any English. The room we had was very large and, though the kitchen was a bit small, it has everything you'll need. And, being a university town, you'll share the house with some permanent boarders but they seem to keep mostly to themselves. If you're looking for a nice getaway around the Balaton I would definitely recommend this villa.The place is very cozy and the woman who runs it is very friendly but does not speak any English. It is not directly what is called a villa. The owner is friendly, speaks some German. The appartment are Hungerian Style from the 80s, so do not except too much for the money. To the strand it is very near, and also some 400 meter there is a supermarket. So accomodation is okay. Great quiet place to stay if you want to hang out at the beach or town. Just on the outskirts of the center and within easy walking distance of the train/bus station.
