Apartment with perfect location in Vernazza but too expensive. Althought in our reservation said that every taxes were paid they made us pay more 3€ per person. There is no reception so you should call and wait in the train stairs. We spend money in the phone call and the staff was late. Staff not really helpfull. The washingmachine doesn't work. Everything was really clean.

We stayed on the top floor of a 4 story building with no elevator. 86 steps up and down every day. Not fun. But the room was very clean but small, and had a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable. Vernazza was not as nice as I had hoped but the room was ok. It was a little expensive for as simple as it was.

The apartment itself was great- clean and in an awesome location. However on 30+ degree heat days, air conditioning really should be considered as we were extremely uncomfortable and hot at night with only one fan in the whole apartment. The lack of wifi when it's advertised as having wifi was extremely disappointing. Overall not really worth the expensive price of hiring these apartments

Lulu advertised a nice apartment with a shower and full kitchen. Because of these two things we thought paying the extra money for the place would be justified. Instead, we found a dark, damp cave of an apartment with a shower that was made for a hobbit and a kitchen that didn't work. Not only that but the landlady kept knocking on the door and coming to check up on her rental. At one point, she even unlocked the door and enter the place when one of my roommates was in the "shower".

We tried to let them know we were late due to a train delay but the number we'd been given didn't seem to work. We eventually head from them when we didn't arrive on time. Simone was gracious and flexible about when we met him despite our delay. He showed us to our rooms, explained what we needed to know and was helpful via text for a couple of questions we had once we had checked in. Only wish our two rooms had been closer together and had the 4 single beds expected. Otherwise worked well!

Room was old style Italian and extremely interesting with low ceilings, spiral staircase, etc. However, this meant there was a sit down shower with enough water for one and a toilet where you couldn't stand and pee, as well as kitchen facilities that required a propane tank. Rooms also do not have Internet.
