the value for money was excellent! the staff were really nice and super helpful. when we told them that our window didn't close they sorted it out straight away. the cleanliness of the room was acceptable (cleaning ladies came every day). great wifi connection even in room. the location of the hostel is super central and it only took 15 mins by metro to the louvre! i can only recommend this hostel would not hesitate to stay in it again.

Average hotel for the price; it looks closer in the map to all the amenities, it's actually pretty far. Hotel is really old, although the bathroom is EXCELLENT, and the staff was very very nice too. 'Almost' decent for the price (around 50€ for a double room). There are better options, though.

It´s not a "beautiful" hotel but has an xcellent location and is very clean. The staff is nice and is a good value for money in Paris! The sorrounded area has restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, and ATM Service! The wi fi is good, but...There´s just one plug for room...

We loved staying in this little hotel for 3 days, very basic but all you need when out exploring Paris for 3 days. The staff were very lovely, thank you very much for making us feel welcome.

Forthe low price (even if it's in Paris) i tought it was a really great hostel. The staff was really nice, we were late and the receptionist waited especially for us. The room was small but perfect for a short stay, very clean, the bathroom was clean and we had hot water all day (witch is rare in this type of hostel). And more, even if it's near one of the main axe in Paris it's still very quiet. We enjoyed our stay, a lot.

In a very cool area. Great bar downstairs. Easy access to the Metro lines. Accommodation basic, but comfortable.

Spend just one night there, but overall I'm very satisfied with the place. It's an old hotel, but it was clean enought, and semmed to be under a renovation, wich is good, needed. The staff was helpful. The room was old, but big, clean, confortable, and with a small bathroom. The bed was huge and very confortable. There are a lot of bars in the area, and it's kind of close to the metro. The price was amazing, around 25 euros for a saturday night, in Paris! PS: There's no elevator in the building

The only problem was that they had no lift... sometimes getting 5 floors with your bagage can kill you. But almost all hotels in paris are like that...

To get to the room I had to climb to the 5th floor by stairs (no elevator!!), not an easy task to do especially when you have your luggage. The room had a terrible smell of mold, something hard to deal for 4 days, Only one plug in the room, if you want to recharge your cell phone or computer had to use the plug from the TV. Everything in the room really old. I visited some hostels around Europe, and this is the only one I wouldn't suggest.

One of the worst places, which I've seen in Paris...In the room there was only one (!) electrtical outlet. For the internet usage extra fees were charged... although on the web-page it is marked as free. The surface in the corridor from one room to another is less then one meter...And old furniture as an addition... Positive moment was that cleaning survice was provided often and was done perfectly.

Maybe you should do something to improve the general atmoshpere in the hostal, since it is not really entertaining. Staff is not bad but could be nicer and more helpful, since when you arrive you usually don't have much knowledge of what to do, where to eat. Moreover, while the lack of an elevator could be understandable, the stairs are really difficult to climb with a luggage due to the fact that the're not much space, the steps are steep and narrow. Some lights have to be repaired.

The place was infested with Bed Bugs. We saw one crawl out of the light switch when we entered the room and left, losing our deposit. There was a lack of surprise at the reception and I highly doubt they closed the hostel over new year to fix the problem.

This place puts the budget in budget hotel. If you plan on using it for anything other than a bed you will be disappointed. There is no toilet paper in the bathroom in the hall so you must carry it from your room. The shower had no ventilation so it was full of mould. Also they are restoring the exterior of the building so expect an early wake up call. It is closets the metro, fruit stalls, bakeries and supermarkets. You get what you pay for in this place for sure!

For just one night the hotel its average. But when you enter in the room you can see that theres a lot of uncaring in almost everything: the sheets were stained with BLOOD, the towel was torn, one of the bed side table was yanked out of the wall, and lamps were missing.....The staff was very helpful and its only 20 minute walk from Notre Dame. So if you just want to stay one or two nights in Paris the hotel could be OK, for longer stays could be not so confortable...

The hotel was situated at a good location, in a very lively area with a supermarket and some bakery shops just across the street. It took 10 minutes by metro to reach the main tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a little old and some parts should definitely get refurnished, but overall the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, which is a main plus for me. Good value for money in a city like Paris where hotels overall can be crappy sometimes.
