BED BUGS?! This was very stressful to have to deal with when we got back from our stay. The cleanliness in the rooms was less than desirable. A nice location, and a fairly decent price for Paris... but the bed bug scare was a bit overwhelming.

Certainly not the cleanest hostel in Paris, but with very friendly and helpul staff and in a perfect location (walking or Metro). Good choice if you like value for money!

the hostel's staff is very kind: friendly and discrete. the hostel doesn't havea kitchen (is more similar to an hotel than to an hostel) but the area is full of ethnic places in which you can eat without spending too much (i recommend Alim's kebab, on the main street.). the hostel is near place de la republique, from which you can reach almost every point in paris using the metro. the neighborhood seems to be totally secure

The staff at the place was very friendly, the room I got was quite small but it did the job for the price, i feel they should get better presentation in little details like the towels and carpet of the floor. Beside that everything was great .

A lot of people in my group thought this was a horrible hotel, but I could not have disagreed more. This was the cheapest hotel we could find in Paris for the weekend so of course it wasn't the Hilton or anything. But it had clean sheets, hot water, and everything functioned fine! The staff was oh so nice! They were incredibly helpful and made me feel so welcome in Paris! It was also a super short walk to the Oberkampf metro station. I would definitely book this hotel again.
