First of all- we got there and a sign outside said to go across the street to a 1-star hotel called Esther. We got upstairs and the women decided to have us stay there instead of staying at the Luna Rosa... the place we booked. I was very angry because we didn't get all of the amenities we had booked and hoped for... The room we were in was fine, but I was really upset that we weren't placed where we booked. Very nice place to stay. Had a computer, flat screen t.v, wifi and nice bathroom in a private single room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Feels more like a hotel room. They have a kitchen as well. The only minor problem is that since its close to the train station, it can slightly noisy if you are a light sleeper. otherwise, it was great.Very nice place to stay. Location was great. Also the value for money was very good with a large flat screen tv with sky and internet access in our room. I'd highly recommend it as a place to stay for someone who's not looking to break the bank!Location was great. The staff at this hostel were very helpful on arrival, recommending a good restaurant and travel tips. The room was clean and spacious. The internet access in our room, and flat screen tv with English speaking television stations (satellite) were well beyond our expectations (even as a seasoned traveller). In all, I found this excellent value for money and would return to the Luna Rossa if ever in Florence again. The staff at this hostel were very helpful on arrival, recommending a good restaurant and travel tips. the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, great breakky location tip (cheap/tasty), we did the day trip to tuscanny and was great day out (albeit the weather). the room we had was only just ok'ish, you couldnt control heating in own room, and shower was over the bathroom door, wetting entire room, with intermittent hot water, not great for guys or girls.the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, great breakky location tip (cheap/tasty), we did the day trip to tuscanny and was great day out (albeit the weather). the room we had was only just ok'ish, you couldnt control heating in own room, and shower was over the bathroom door, wetting entire room, with intermittent hot water, not great for guys or girls....Close
