This place was awesome! We had a plasma in the room, a computer and Marko was so helpful, booked us museum entries and everything. Great bathroom and shower, would definitely stay there again.

the bathroom could be cleaner, it seemed not taken care of, and only 2 people used it. Eveything else was perfect, I realy fel like in a home, not a hostel

Marco was great - very helpful, kind, accommodating. The room & en suite were large, clean and comfortable - the internet & flat screen TV were an added bonus. My daughter and I will definitely stay there next time we visit Florence.

This is the second time I stayed at Luna Rossa. The location is very handy to the main station and I knew that I would be made to feel welcome by Marco- the most friendly and helpful host you are likely to find. He will go out of his way to help you out with anything you need. If I find myself in Florence again I will be going straight back there and would happily reccommend Luna Rossa to other travellers.

This was the nicest place we stayed at on our 10 days of traveling Europe. We stayed in the Holiday Room and it was fantastic! Having in room internet/TV was very convenient and an attached private bath was very clean, as well. Marco was extremely helpful and allowed us to be able to contact him in multiple ways. We messaged him when we had to leave early in the morning and he was awaiting our arrival.

I've stayed in tons of hostels in tons of countries. This was by far the nicest. Our room had a private bathroom, flat screen tv with satellite, and personal computer with internet access, and the rates were almost identical with those of other hostels. It was immaculately clean. Marco immediately booked us reservations in the two most crowded museums and gave us a good summary of activities in Florence. The stay could not have been more pleasant. Perfect.

This place is definately the nicest hostel we've ever been to. Marco was amazing and all he wanted was to ensure we had an amazing stay. Internet and satelite tv in the room - and the place was very clean and quiet. If we ever return to Florence we wouldn't stay anywhere else.
