About Luxury Condo
ATAC Patagonia's luxury condo is located in the middle of downtown Bariloche. Newly remodeled, the condo is decorated with all Cipres (native wood) interior, central heating, wood floors, two full bathrooms - the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi.
The kitchen is complete with oven, stovetop and everything necessary for cooking (pots, pans, coffee maker, beer mugs, wine glasses, etc.). Each of the 2 bedrooms can be arranged with 2 single beds or 1 matrimonial bed (please notify us of the arrangement requested).
The living room futon becomes a bed that comfortably sleeps two. The living room has a television with cable and DVD player. There is a Mac Mini computer (with a variety of music on I-Tunes) connected to the internet with wi/fi as well. There is a separate closet with the washer and dryer as well as an enormous hot water heater so that you can shower as long as you want.
We can rent to a maximum of 6 people, though the condo is most comfortable with 5 or less. ATAC Patagonia accepts payment by credit card which is also used as a security deposit.
Bariloche boasts the largest ski area in South America. In the summer, the surroundings offer rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding. The town of Bariloche is known for its nightlife. Within 4 blocks of the condo are the majority of bars, restaurants and shopping the town has to offer.
