Montezuma is a small beach town with a huge heart and a lot of charm. This newly renovated, classy hostel is great for budget travels, families and couples. We had a very nice stay,except,. I was dissapointed about not having water.I understand that it is very dry and water needs to be saved. It would have been nice to be told about that situation in advance. It really is necessary to shower after ocean swimming. The staff was not very communicative about it. I also would have liked to be informed of the distance from the beach and how steep the climbing is to get back to the hostel. I was also NOT happy about the aggressive dog onsite.
