We practically didn't see the staff, it seems like the place gives you a lot of freedom. It is a shame that they don't put a little effort in making the place a bit cosier, there is really just furniture. Showers and bathroom are good (warm water) and reasonably clean. If you want a place to sleep, this hostel is great! Location is perfect.

Nice modern hostel that's very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the main area with helpful and friendly staff :)

this is very nice very clean and very friendly hostel...i can say best hostel i have been...specially there is a such a nice lady OLENA :):):)... she will wellcome you..she have always smile on her face.I WILL DEFINITELY COME LVIV AND THIS HOSTEL AGAIN......

Interior of hostel is great! I wish I had the same kitchen design at home. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

We had this whole place to ourselves... Not even staff!! Comfy couch, heated floor, english movies, Big kitchen and comfy beds (no bunks). Only disappointment was the shower! Otherwise, highly recommended.

Great place! Right in city center, staff very helpful and friendly. They let me stay as long as needed the next day when my train was leaving. Very relaxed and casual, good beds, warm shower. I would return!
