This hostel threw the book at us. We got lost and couldn't make it for the first night of our reservation, and they charged us the full rate for the night we weren't there. (They can do that, I know . . .) But the staff was unpleasant and unyielding. So much for hospitality. Otherwise, the hostel was okay. It's quite far from the city center and there are no curtains on the windows, so it's tough to sleep at night because the streetlights make it very bright. It was clean and relatively quiet.

15 minutes ride from the mainstation by tram. Nice and clean bathrooms comfortable beds.

bit far from old town (30 min as a pedestrian); important things were clean (bed, bathroom), but could be better; atmosphere was a bit cold (no real communication between People, altough nice common room); But still value for Money, because quite cheep; --> Would stay again, only for Sightseeing, but not for getting to know People (Party etc.)

The most unfriendly guy on the reception desk, laughed at us when asking for help!? For me, staying at this hostel ruined my time is Poland. Don't stay here if you are looking for a friendly environment to meet back packers, wouldn't recommend for girls either (felt very creepy) On the up hand, there was board games and it was pretty clean, cheap price!

The atmosphere was nice with friendly staff. We spent the afternoon in the lobby singing for the reception staff. Clean rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Organised trips to Auschwitz with arrangement of mini buses. However, wifi only worked in the lobby downstairs. There was an odd moment when an old man was staring through our bedroom door whilst we were getting ready for bed. Felt a little unsafe.
