The staff was very helpful and funny.. The hostel has a perfect location, itīs close to the center and supermarket. We could close our rooms. The breakfast was okay too.

It's lokated in a very good spot, as it's really close to all Brugges atractions. The only problem is cleanliness.

Food peices in the bed... looked like the shets hadn\'t been changed in days!! Dirty sink in room, dirty ground. Dirty washrooms, and filth showers that smelled. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY.

Staff and bar tender really made you feel at home. Very helpful for all the city attractions. The beds were a little creaky, but other than that, great place to stay in Brugge.

Well we booked an ensuite and it was so horrible, it could hardly be called an ensuite to begin with.We had no lockers (despite it being mentioned on the website) and the showers not only had cold water but no decent pressure either. Unfortunately not worth our money.

Would stay here again, the only bad parts were the stairs, the cold showers and no wi-fi on top levels. Staff were really helpful and friendly and there was heaps of activities going on if you're up for a bit of fun with other travellers (ie. Belgian beer tasting and 'In Bruges' Night Tour). Full Kitchen facilities, even a coke machine!

its depend what you want.. you want cheap bed with bed bugs and cold shower in the winter, or good location with nice breakie.. if all of the above are your options, then this is your hostel..

My linens and room and the toilet down the hall were clean, but the flooring is old and the hallway sort of grim. Didn't use the shower as a sponge bath at my room's sink was sufficient for one night. Very personable, customer-focused staff. I'll stay there again for day trips to Brugges.

This is a very friendly hostel and also a place to get a good nights rest. It is so easy to feel at home and meet people here. It's also nice that they have a kitchen.
