First off I would like to say that Matt (I think his name isss) was wonderful. He can confirm all the mishaps that happened to me. 1st & 2nd night, the bed kept falling as the slats would come out of the frame which on the 2nd night I was just going to put the mattress on the floor but then the sink in my room overflowed with water coming from an upper floor. Matt came in and cleaned all the gross stuff up and was very helpful. He arranged it for me to be changed in to a different room for m

One of the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Great location in the heart of Bruges, very friendly staffs and good quality rooms (for a hostel, of course). Breakfast is good, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I will definitely stay there again if coming back. 5*.

Nice location. Very near to the city center and 10min walking from the train station. Clean. Nice staff. Great free breakfast. Strongly Suggested.

The staff here are fantastic! Very helpful, very welcoming, and lots of fun. The room was big enough, clean, and had lockers and nice linen. The bathroom wasn\'t fantastic, but did the trick. Breakfast was ok, and drinks at the bar were quite cheap. Location isn\'t central, but not a long walk away from things. A very comfortable and cosy hostel. Loved it!

I've been very disappointed of the quality of the housing regarding the price we paid for the room ! We had a room for 2 with private bathroom and we paid 80 EUR a night. For that price I expected to have a double bed and not 2 singles with missing slats, curtains on the windows and particularly a real housework before cheching in (like no hair on the floor, in the shower...) To me, this hostel was a real swindle. Romain GABRIEL.

The bathroom smelled like pee from where people just didn't make it in the bowl, and all the drains had massive hair balls in them; BUT it was a fun place to stay and the staff was super nice.
