Centre of town, great location for stopover if catching a boat or plane.

The staff didnt seem to want to help us at all and were quite rude.

Clean modern hotel

Nice hotel where I get all I can expect in it's price segment. Had problem finding it though. Not because it has a bad location, but because my booking confirmation didn't have an address on it. The map on the confirmation showed a completely different location and caused some hassle. Real location is just near Academico Sq about 5-10 min walk from the bus station.

Great location. The staff wasn't very friendly and the breakfast buffé wasn't tasty.

This place had no receipt of our booking when we arrived which was stressful seeing as we had come on an overnight ferry and all needed a lydown asap! The staff were not helpful either on the phone or in person and we were left standing waiting for long periods while they carried on conversations with each other in Greek! No very polite! The room was shabby, we weren't expecting luxury but it could have been better! The location was good but the hotel was very dark inside. Need stronger aircon!

This hotel seems very good higher than "middle level", but the staff were very unpleasant and dont be willing to manage our request. If we asked for the breakfast package due to earlier check out the receptionist said us: "arrange it ourselves with kitchen"... :-(

We had made a reservation, and payed our 10 % in advanced, but when we arrived (long after midnight, as agreed by e-mail) the man behind the desk shows our reservation and asks if that's me and says "sorry we're full". When we said that it was unexeptable he only answered"Sorry, no english". He then started to call other hotels. After a while we got to talk to someone at another hotel/hostel that gave us directions. He didn't gave us our money back, the next hotel/hostel costed 4 times as much.

The place is very nice, but there was one employee that was very rude and the other don't speak english, but he was attentive.

We were delighted. Breakfast is wonderful best in Greece! Receptionists couldn't have been more helpful

Incredible breakfast buffet! Great location -- nice and central, close to bus from airport. Bathroom in our room was ... interesting, but it looked like they were renovating all the bathrooms. Could have used more internet computers in lobby, as they were always being used.

perfect location and breakfest.

We had a billing issue as they charged my credit card before I arrived! Trying to sort it out, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. However, it does have a nice location for the price, just beware of them charging before you go...

The room was very nice with tv, in addition to breakfast there was also an option to have lunch and dinner there which is particularly helpful in winter when most of the places are closed. It is close to the beach, Rhodes Old Town and the bus station.

great spot, very central

Excellent hotel.Top marks all round. The hotel where I should have stayed all week.

This hotel does not have a swimming pool, despite advertising that it does. Apart from that, helpful staff, although a few mistakes were made. Nice breakfast. Overall, OK for a few days stay.

This is a hotel, not a hostel! There is no kitchen, but an amazing buffet breakfast is included in the price. You can fill up for the whole day with eggs, bacon, cereal, bread, cheese etc...Staff was helpful with scooter rentals for us. We were able to walk to the Old Town withing 10-15mins. Great value for money!

very good location, near the old town and the center of the new town.the breakfast was very good.the staff was very helpful and cheerful.but the shower should be bigger and there is no big mirror in the rooms.i definitely recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed staying at this place. It is a great location for the beaches, the old town and restaurants. The breakfast was great and included in the price of the hotel which was really cheap. I would recommend for anyone that is on a budget or anyone that wants a quiet place to stay in the center of Rhodes Town.
