they make you pay a linen charge that you don't know about till you show up, and seems like the people working the front desk are kids who just needed a job and the manager liked them. No knowledge about much of anything.

There were a few extra costs here - linen, internet and breakfast. Relatively good location.

The double room with ensuite is a good deal if there are two of you. It is a hotel-standard room. Dorms are probably overpriced.

They might say \'free breakfast and free internet\' but depending on how you book this is ONE free breakfast for the time you\'re there (and breakfast is until 9:30) and ONE free hour of internet. It\'s located really close to Termini station, which sounds like a bonus - but Termini station is the most dangerous area of Rome for muggings and assaults which of course I didn\'t find out until I got there! The staff were awesome though!

We stayed in a double room, which was new and clean (and was cleaned daily), however I got the impression some of the dorms wern't that good. The staff were excellent and helpful. The Kitchen is small, under resourced (no Microwave? come on!) and only open from 3pm. Not recommended for self caterers. There is no common area to speak of (except the full price, public bar), which discouraged socialising. Would NOT stay again.
