You only have internet and can charge your phone or camera in the common room; The staff is not very friendly, they dont like you to use the kitchen because they prefer you to buy their breakfast. Anyway, very well located, globally its clean.

As i did a touch and go in Rome , it was an Ok place, just sleeping and taking a shower. Friendly reception. Free internet computers. Perfect for my stay

Probably the most boring Hostel in Rome. Simply to sleep/stay nothing more. Couldn't check in before 3pm (!), lockers were barely big enough for a wallet. Not sure If I'd go again.

First, the bathroom smelled so bad that when someone used it at night and failed to close the door, the smell actually woke me up. Second, bed bugs. No joke. Another girl in my room actually saw one and she had bites all over her body. I felt creepy crawlies on me, but I did not have allergic reactions to the bites like she did. It was disgusting. They did offer a refund and pay to wash our things, but it was a terrible experience. Also, no internet reception in the rooms, which is annoying.

Very good location, just next to Termini station. Nice and helpful staff. Sharing room of 10 ppl - clean, but smelled like student room... Bathroom sharing on the floor with other rooms - it´s kuite ok, but there is not much space where to leave clothes while having shower. Providing free wifi and also free compuers if needed.

We were upgraded to a private bathroom that we shared with a room that held 10 people. It was better than I expected but not ideal. The staff were nice and there are excursions at discounted rated that they offered. The breakfast wasn't bad either. Overall not a bad experience and excellent location right by the train station.

The showers should have better curtains or either change the type of shower because after a shower, there's actually water everywhere in the bathroom and it's really disgusting. Also, the floor should be clean more often. I was there for a week and the floor was never cleaned. Also, you should remove the plastic covering the bed. It's really noisy and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the staff was really nice and it's the cheapest hostel around.

This place was falling apart. I understand Rome is very old, but this place needs some serious repairs and renovations. The toilets were constantly leaking and one night the entire floor flooded. Another night no lights. The bathrooms are disgusting & there are only 2 showers and toilets on each floor for 50 - 60 people to share. I had to wait about an hour every morning just to pee and brush my teeth. Also not the safest area. One girl in the hostel got robbed a block away.

The staff was very helpful and gave us a very detailed map to every part of the city. The beds were okay. No lockers but a luggage storage room that they gave the key out to anyone who asked. Kitchen for cooking dinner and restaurant downstairs with good food and discounts so we ate almost every meal down there.

The staff was very helpful. It's good to have breakfast next door (for additional 4 eur) and a you have also 10% discount for dinner at the same bar (Living room cafe). The location is really good, you have everything (monuments, bars, train station, etc) in a walking distance. On the other hand we didn't have hot water in the room (6 bed female dorm). Rooms don't offer secure place to put your bellongings in. It was quite noisy during nights. The rooms aren't heated.

Pros: Excellent Location, Nice staff Cons: Lack of power points in dorms, not much room or space for things in the dorms, can be quite noisy at night, only one bathroom for a dorm of 10 people :)

The beds were horrible, easily the softest and clumpiest hostel mattresses I've ever stayed on. I also received about 50 bed bugs bites during my stay. One of my friends was bitten multiple times as well. Showering was tough; most mornings and evenings there was not even enough water pressure to run a shower let alone get hot water. At times we couldn't even get water out of the sink. Positives: nice staff, free internet, close to the train station.

The staff was very nice and helpful (the best thing about this hostel). We did not like the bedroom, because it was too small for the number of beds, messy and a bit dirty. Great location. The kitchen is ok, but small.

Ubicación excelente, a pocos metros de Termini, desde allí se pueden recorrer los lugares más importantes a pié. La atención de personal fue buena, es especial muy buena la dedicación de Mario. Hay lockers para documentos y valores, pero no para el equipaje. No tuve suficiente agua caliente. El ambiente es bueno, pero al menos los días que pasé allí le faltó calidez de hostel, pero esto no hace al servicio del mismo, sino al momento que me tocó vivir y a la gente con que compartí. Recomendable.

The staff was okay. Some are very nice but others have an attitude. The blankets smell a bit bad.
