Security: Front door open 24/7 wth full access to all floors and rooms. A wallet and an ipad were stolen during my stay! Amenities: only two showers had hot water in the entire building. A 10 euro deposit is required for the key. Elevator is forbidden to use (dorms are on 4th floor). Matresses are covered on a very noisy hard plastic. Staff: extremely rude with a "can't be bothered" attitude. Some shady yuppie-looking black suit men are in and out the building for no apparent reason

It was in an excellent location. However the rooms were very poor. Our door didn't shut, which was frustrating as we had heard of a number of thefts recently. There wasn't much room in the dorms, and the ensuite didn't have hot water. Only one shower, one floor down had decent water temperatures. Good place to explore the city, if you don't plan to stay at the hostel long.

I understand hostels and that they aren't always going to be the "nicest" of places but this one isn't. It is not maintained very well, my room alone looked like it hadn't been touched in awhile. The hot water never worked, water only came out 1/4 of the shower head, I almost broke the sink faucet because it was so loose and the whole place smelled horrible. Like I said, I'm not looking for five-star treatment but the basics as advertised at least.

Mario and his staff were most gracious. They were proficient at checking people in and out, helpful when needed, and outstanding about sightseeing and tourist information!

No lockers in rooms for belongings, no aircon, Mosquitos everywhere while you sleep, cold showers no matter how long you run the sower for also wifi only worked in reception area and wasn't comfortable to sit there, no couches and was really slow.

that hostel very bad but good location. near the termini.

Not bad, but not amazing. A boring location, but everything can be walked to from here. Don't do any of the tours through here, they are a rip off. Same with the pub crawl, not worth it. No WIFI in the rooms, but sort of forces a social experience in the common area. Don't do laundry at the place they recommend unless you like overpriced shrunk and wrinkled clothes. The cafe downstairs is worth the money for breakfast and sandwiches but definitely not dinner. Not bad overall

Badshowers, but beds were made every day, common room was not great for meeting people, but it is in a spectacular location, would recommend just for where it is.

Nice hostel, but the most expensive hostel we've stayed in on our travels and have stayed in much better hostels. Didn't have any towels when we asked, beach is 20 min walk away. Enjoyed and would stay again

Comparing it to other hostels its so average for the price you pay. most showers aren't even hot. Beds ridiculously creaky and shaky. Did not feel that safe on them. Very tiny lockers available so if you have a laptop you are better to carry it yourself. Kitchen was pretty good though. Wifi only work in common room. Location is what this hostel makes reservations from because that's the best thing about it. If your on a budget like me then you just deal with it. It's fine, met some nice people

A great location less than a 10 minute walk from Termini station. We arrived to a warm welcome and the guy even helped us up the many flights of stairs with our stuff. Some plumbing issues with the ensuite bathroom in our dorm, after a while there was a terrible stench that arose from the pipes, so bad that some people in our room couldn't use it! Athough the staff did clean daily. An old building with pretty old metal beds, not the comfiest or quietest. But you get what you pay for!

kitchen can only be used from 15:00 - 22:00. So no beakfast, no lunch and no after Party Snack for you. That's uneccessary and and bad. The staff seemed to be pretty unrelaxed...

The staff was very useful and handed out the needed information. They relaxed the panic and gave the very words of wisdom.

Absolutely fabulous staff!! Very friendly, very helpful. Has a nice common room to get to know people. I was upgraded to a sort of hotel room (shared with others) with deluxe ensuite bathroom. Couldn't be happier.

Rooms should have lockers, please!, drop the old furniture and put lockers. Also, you should have more plugs, there is only one power strip on the wall, and you have to share with everyone, that is fine, but if you set your alarm and you want to charge your phone, you wake up the entire room until you get there. Atmosphere is killed by the prices they have people usually goes somewhere else, machines should be cheaper for guests. Kitchen is open at 15, why!?! so you eat at their bar..

There was no AC and it was excruciatingly hot in the room. Also the shower was freezing cold and our towels and sheets had blood stains on them. Although the staff was very friendly, I would not stay here again. The location isn't terrible since everything is basically walking distance. But overall, I did not enjoy my stay.

They gave us a room with three beds, there is woman stayed in the room before our arrival. She being annoyed, asked us to keep quiet as she has flight to catch at 3am. We have to take shower, changing clothes and she being rudely scold us being so noise. I scolded her back as i pay to use the facilities and not tolerate with her as she being annoying. What a woman.
