The rooms were spacious, clean, beds comfortable with a bedside light and most importantly warm (we stayed here in January). The hostel is located in a quiet neighborhood, which suited us well. There are cooking facilities and a super market nearby. Def would stay here again!

Very clean, bathroom smelt a little weird. Furniture looked pretty new. Great price for the value! Close enough to city centre to walk.

The hostel was quite central, it took me a 20 min walk or less than 5 min with public transportation to get to the Cologne cathedral. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lockers are available in the room, but my lock was too big to fin in the hole of the locker... With the M bar, the athmosphere in the hostel is quite relaxed and cozy. The really big negative point I have is the sloooooooow and unconsistant internet access.

Clean bright ensuite rooms. Location great for Rudolfplatz and 2 streetcar stops from Heumarkt/Altstadt. This has become my favorite place to stay when visiting Cologne.

Hostel is conveniently located, staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay, just don't use the washer or dryer, they don't work too well.

The hostel itself was fine - clean sheets, friendly staff, nice rooms, good location. However, the matresses were really lousy. Impossible to sleep on them, super thin, totally uncomfortable . The breakfast was good, although you have to pay extra. If you don't care about the matress, then go for it. If you want to sleep well, I would invest in something more expensive.

Nice hostel with good breakfast on offer. Note this is not in the centre of Cologne which is about 20 minutes away. Really liked the self catering kitchen.

All in all very cosy hostel with a nice atmosphere! My only down-points are the kitchen... Wasn't very clean, which was because of other guests but still... the waterboiler and washing machine seemed to be (partially) broken during my time there.

Good hostel, but mattress had a cigarette burn and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It would be really nice if you provide a computer free of charge to people who travel light without their own laptop.

Nice hostel in pretty central location, and it's not so hard to reach the airport from here. The room I stayed on has a private bathroom, which is very cool. There's also kitchen to prepare your own breakfast/dinner. Staff is really helpful. Overall experience was pleasant.

Basically a very good hostel with good facilities and very clean... except the bathroom had a stale sewerage smell about it and the kitchen also had a similar smell.
