can be pretty noisy in the night from the street and from the common room.
This is the best hostel I have ever been in. It's beautifully decorated and super clean. The staff go the extra mile. Great common room to meet loads of other travellers. This has to be the place to stay. The beds are comfortable with a charge point which is great and excellent free wifi. Free breakfast, coffee and tea. Love Mallan, Jerry, Eugene, Inchone, Ryan and Ray. Thanks for my time in Manila x
I love this hostel. It's clean, sociable and the staff are second to none. I loved it so much here, that I stayed at MNL Boracay too. Thank you!!

Overall Good hostel, staff were nice and location was right near the top of makati. FYI The room I was in which is next to the common room is very noisy.
Double room was claustrophobically small with no windows. BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS REALLY WONDERFUL, including decor, staff, facilities and atmosphere.
Great value for money, good location in Makati. Only complaint is that the common area is a little small.
A bit far from the airport. That should be more clear on the website, so people on layovers don't need to drive all the way into the city when they're only staying for a couple hours.
Nice common area with book exchange, and kitchen is open for common use. Beni's falafel nearby is a treat. Rooms are small (bottom bunk not big enough to sit up in) but lockers are spacious. Breakfast is simple and fine.
A really great hostel in a great location with everything a traveller needs. Would definitely recommend it in Manila!
Only stayed for a short amount of time in between flights, but would defo stay again.
Nice hostel, easy to get to from the south bus station (less than P100 taxi). Friendly, helpful staff, good wifi.
Ok for a night in Manila...no windows and tiny rooms but clean
MNL seems The Place to stay in Manila: just a short walk away from midget wrestling, red light & party districts. Delicious late night eats at nearby Beni's Falafel. Great vibe, sitting on the footpath drinking beers & strumming guitars with their friendly staff (once they've knocked off!) Breakfasts generous & very helpful How To guides to Manila's sights and possible day trips.
Comfy, quiet dorm rooms in central Makati location. Very clean place, EXCELLENT basic, FREE breakfast and generally , helpful and friendly staff. 1 free computer for those travelling without own wifi enabled electronics. Good falafel and hummus place down the street.
PROS: decent location, shower and washroom facility is nice and clean CONS: hangout place is cramped, not much of a free breakfast, rooms are super cramped, wifi is spotty
I stayed at 3 hostels in Manila. This one just kept to myself on purpose so can't rate the social aspect. I thought the staff were pretty unhelpful and not very welcoming. The room was good
