Amazing! Such a great place to stay. Its small, really cozy and the location is great. We loved staying here and the staff is great!

Very nice staff, clean rooms and perfect central location! Really great experience sleeping on a boat!

great place to stay, great value, quiet.

Good stay in Amsterdam on the Noorderzon. We stayed in one of the rooms that held 4. As you can imagine, being on a boat it was a little bit snug. It was a little bit warm at night sleeping sometimes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very unique staying a boat. Good location as well. Wifi capped out at 50 MB every 24 hours per device which is nothing really, which was a little bit annoying. To stay connected we had walk out to use other boats wifi or the canal free wifi.

The perfect place to stay if you want somewhere a little quieter and different. The boat manager Ursula was friendly and helpful. It was very clean and close to the main train station. The only thing I would improve is the wifi. Overall, a great stay!

Great Hostel. Clean, warm, well equipped, close to the city center, relatively quiet, nice staff that explained us everyithing. The only problem we had was a fan in the bathroom which was not possible to manually switch off (thankfully it switched itself off for the night, but next morning it woke us up).

We had a really lovely stay here! Our host was so friendly and helpful, even taught us some dutch! The location is perfect, lovely view, and walking distance to the station and the centre. We had 2 friends staying elsewhere because the boat was fully booked, but we really appreciated that our hosts allowed them to come aboard and wait for us/have some drinks on the deck (thank you!) It was exactly what we wanted and it didn't disappoint!

Staying on a boat is not for everyone. The cabins are tiny, the walls thin. BUT if you take these things into consideration, staying at MPS Norderzon is one of the best things you can do when staying in Amsterdam. The boats are a short walk from Amsterdam Central Station - where the action is - and close to a number of supermarkets, cafés and coffeeshops (for those so inclined). A 15min walk takes you to Waterlooplein, where you'll find a nice market on Saturdays. Full-hearted recommendation!

If you are interested in staying on a ship for a few days for the novelty, it is worth your time. If you are over the whole ship experience, this hostel is not worth the money. The rooms are tiny and there is very limited space for storage. Additionally, there are very limited services. Most notably there is extremely limited internet access, no laundry service, no breakfast and no late night check in. On the upside, the hosts are friendly and the rooms are clean.

Really nice and super clean, great atmosphere...quite, especial for couples, great view and the team is really friendly..I recommend it 100% :)

Great location, walls weren't as thin as I read in previous reviews. Perfect deck for relaxing. Host pointed out helpful places on a tour map!
