the location is not the best, but at the same time you are near everywhere. Personal woking there is the best part, they are nice, servicial and helpful Cleaning is ok, and services were fine, breakfast is god enough as you have differents things including toast, donuts, cookies, fruits. Overall, quality and price are balanced.

Excellent hotel. The staff are extremely friendly - probably the most helpful staff ive ever encountered! They really helped me out, and are always willing to assist. Excellent facilities, very good location to town - about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. There are some dodgy people in the area, so maybe not a good idea to walk back to the hotel alone, however taxis are only $10 from the city centre, or there are streetcars right outside the hotel. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

This property is under new management and they are really trying hard to please as it is not in the nicest area of town but with a tram stop right outside the door visitors need not feel vulnerable in the district. Would stay here again as it is very convenient for city centre less than 10 minutes by tram.

Breakfast wasnt much. First night we had a very small room which was way too warm. After asking we were transferred to a better room. The hostel is placed in a shady area of Toronto but that didnt matter too much.

The single room was cosy and just perfect for one person. It can get quite cold when the temperature drops. Water tend to splash out from the drain when the shower is turned on.

Although the room was very small, it was clean and cozy and the staff was nice and helpfull. If you dont mind walking, the cn tower and all the other landmarks are about 10 - 20 minutes away. The breakfast was plain (some toast or doughnuts) with coffee and tea. there is wifi in the room which is a big plus.

Good cost benefit ratio, claim only breakfast very poor

We enjoyed our time here. The hostel was very clean and tidy, really good value for money, with en-suite and a TV. Breakfast was limited but good and the wifi would occasionally drop out. The street car stop is at the front door, ideally located and we would definat66 stay again.

We had a smooth and easy stay at the Royal Oak Inn - you could not ask for more for the price. Clean room, close to centre of town and above all: very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Thankyou!
