The staff was great, the food pretty good but way too oily, but the dark point was the bathroom : a disaster (no pressure in the shower, with a trickle of water, so that you had to move your body almost the wall, which was disgusting). The staff is sweeping all the time on a clean floor, but they better scratch the dirt out of the walls of the bathroom. And there was a wandering sick cat, always around with a skin disease when you're eating and nobody would take him away.

Amazing staff, we met tons of incredible people, of course it is not a five star resort, but i was exactly what we needed after hiking through mount Kota Kinabalu: rest, sun and great laughs!!

It was the worst hostel experience in my life. It was a disgusting place - I met many cockroaches both in my room and the bathroom. The electricity is working only for 12 hours - from 6 pm to 6 am. There is no airconditioning. The whole place smells really bad - its a mix of fish and a burnt rubber. - its a pitty that I cannot post pictures with this review but I will do that at tripadvisor. We escaped after 1 day because even snorkeling wasnt anything special. Just awful
