On a farm in the South West County Wexford, near the town of New Ross, Mac Murrough Farm Hostel' is a quiet cottage hostel with double, twin, family rooms and a small dormitory.
Or stay in our very comfortable cottage known as the MAC MURROUGH STABLE COTTAGEwith spacious bedroom/sitting room, your own fire to sit by.With your own kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. You even have a piano if you are in the mood for music!

We are only a two and a half hour drive from Dublin or Cork, and less than one hour from Rosslare Ferry Port.
Mac Murrough is a very good base to explore Waterford, Kilkenny and Wexford we are in a beautiful pastoral area of hills, rivers and beaches rich in history. Places and things to do within one hour's drive of Mac Murrough include the Dunbrody Tall Ship the oldest lighthouse in Europe at Hook Head the National Heritage Park, Waterford Glass and much, much more -such as fishing, golf, and horse riding!
