This place stank! It was dirty and the shower facility is crap, there is no place to hang a towel let alone move in the tiny cubicles. It was overrun by german teenagers on a school trip and was noisy. The rooms were tiny, like being in a coffin and the magnetic locks on the door were very hard to use. This was THE BEST hostle I have ever stayed in, hands down! It was beautiful and clean and had great facilities including free use of the washing machines and driers, they even give you the soap!!This was THE BEST hostle I have ever stayed in, hands down! The rooms are very very small, as is the kitchen that really only services one person cooking at a time. The internal courtyard creates an echo chamber for any noise at night. It was sufficient for two nights and we were happy to just try and sleep there as Madrid had plenty to offer outside of the hostel.The rooms are very very small, as is the kitchen that really only services one person cooking at a time. Being backpacking for 6 months straight, and this would have to be one of the most average hostels i have stayed in through europe. was expecting much better with all the hype. tiny beds, squashed rooms, very poor dark common room and lousy breakfast.
