Very beautiful and some lovely walks to the mountains. Porto, Its generally a very quiet place, so if you are expecting a party time, don't come here! Also it can be rainy in the winter months , so make sure your walking boots are good and bring a pac-mac. Hostel peaceful, clean and owner is friendly and helpful. You can feel safe and comfortable here. You can cook your own food , there is a small lounge with a kitchen. Fresh bread comes in the morning.
I had a great week at Madeira. Nice hostel, friendly and helpful staff. I have seen the special places and great nature.
Wonderful and welcomed stay! Staff went out of the way to make sure we had what we needed, gave great advice about places to see, eat, and hike. Very nice breakfast as well. Small place provided a cozy and close atmosphere amongst others staying.
