Please improve the breakfast-situation. You had to ask and wait for everything. A spoon, bread, ... Maybe you need more staff for so many guests in the morning.

Nice breakfast options.

Its centre of Madrid. Its nothing special. People in and out all the time . Staff are good but don't expect a nice family atmosphere. Its just a bed and shower. Wow what a location though. Perfect for seeing all the sights by foot. No need for cabs of even the underground.

Very nice location and helpfull staff.Nice and cheap bar We stayed a week but the room is not once cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty...

Highly recommend this hostel! The staff was very nice and friendly and always helpful when I had questions. The rooms were very nice, especially for the price. In my opinion it was a great value. Good room in a great location in the heart of Madrid with easy access to everything you want to see/do in the city. The shower was great, much better than any hostel I have ever stayed at. The free breakfast was very simple but nice with some cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, etc.

I booked it as it said everyone gets breakfast but it turns out the cheapest ones don't. Rooms are very cramped. The windows don't open because the beds are blocking. No common area. No wifi in room. Rooms a little unclean. Major renovation happening in lobby at the moment. Everything dusty. Construction crew constantly smoking inside. Quite disappointing compared to most other Spanish Hostels.

Breakfast included but very badly organized. Lockers broken. Very poor common areas. Central location, room and bathroom clean.

We were a family of 5. It was good to see other families, as well. The location was perfect. They also had a discount for using the really close carpark. We enjoyed our stay in this hostel

Nice Hostel in excellent location. Breakfast SUCKS, no space, not enough crockery, bad food! Everything else was good.

Really good hostel with a great location! Use google maps and not the directions given on the website, it's abit trickier than they say! But the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is great! Good breakfast aswell.
