VERY clean & nice hotel... Very sympathic & helpful people in charge! Ideally located in Gemmayze, close to bars, resturants, patisseries, dry cleaning, internet cafe, convenience stores, etc. Very close walk to Downton (10 mins), as well as the Armenian neighboorhood and rue Arax. Big & large balcony ideal for the evening meal ...! However, it was very quiet at the time I went there (mid september). Ideal for people looking for a bit more intimacy than in a normal hostel.
