The host Madeleine is fantastic, helped out a lot and provided very useful information and assistance. Location is excellent, within walking distance from most things downtown and in Gemmayze. I highly recommend Mady's! There is a cafe down the street offering wifi!

very friendly and helpful proprietors, very clean, great location, shared bathroom and kitchen, small place with only a few rooms, nice balconies, comfortable common area

It was a lovely stay!!!! Mady is VERY helpful, extremely lovely and caring and we felt at home in Beirut. She was available whenever we needed her and she even came back to say good bye. As soon as we arrived she stayed with us, chatting about the city, showing us the streets and talking about the best sights to see. We loved her and Beirut is SUPERB!!! The location is excellent!!! It was just a matter of going downstairs and walking about 5 or 6 mins to find ourselves in several pubs and clubs
