Located Ideally for the beach, 150 mts, and 500 mts from the Bangkok - Jomtien bus terminal.Large rooms, double/treble rooms, no large groups of singles please, family atmosphere,tea/coffe/dvd/wi-fi/safe/cctv/h&c/air-con/balcony/roof terrace.
We have a newly built bar on the ground floor,quiet,with 5 draught beers.Hospitality,and very polite staff established 2003,and good advice.
From Pattaya,stay on the highway, go past TESCO's turn right at the next traffic lights 600 mts,(just before you reach the beach).

Our first impression was not that great as we walked in thru the bar and there were 2 drunk half naked men sitting at the bar harassing staff. The room was a decent size room with fans, a/c, lockers, fridge. The room itself was clean, however the bathroom was disgusting. The towels were damp and dirty. Later we had a shower and realized after there was a one-way mirror in the shower allowing everyone in the hallway to see you and you not them. We could only get wifi in hallway not room.
