Located Ideally for the beach, 250 mts, Jomtien bus terminal,a quick baht bus trip away ( 10 bt ) Large rooms, double/treble rooms,nice family atmosphere, in the quiet locals bar below. Tea/coffe/dvd/wi-fi/safe/cctv/h&c/air-con/balcony/roof terrace.
We have a newly built bar on the ground floor,quiet,with 3 draught beers.Hospitality,and very polite staff. Established 2003,and good advice from local ex-pats and residents.

Cheap and cheerful and extremely helpful. Not to far from centre of pattaya but far enough to get a good night sleep. Food and drink on from 9am till 12 at night. Really nice man that owns it, really understanding. Would go there again :)
