Overall experience was fine. I didn't realise that smoking was allowed so the smell was a bit disturbing for non-smoker. The lady welcoming us was very nice and helpful.

I would suggest new staff member's, my experience was not good the staff accused us of putting a bed on the heater in the hallway which would of caused a fire hazard, and were gunna charge me to cover the non existing damage. Then when i asked to see the camera footage they would not show me. So save your money and go to best western.

For starters i booked a 4 bed room only to find out when arriving that they don't have 4 bed rooms, they gave me instead 2 rooms with 2 beds. The beds were actually 2 uncomfortable superposed mattresses. The hotel don't provide extra blankets, and since they turn off the heat at night, 1 blanket wasn't enough. The cleanliness was very poor. And i you look out the window, you can see actual excrements crawling down the wall. I think hostel world should not reference this hotel, i feel riped off.

Excellent place to stay in the right place for the right price. Smoking allowed and left to your own devices - key to front door, teas and coffees galore and lovely bathroom. Will remember for future trips and will recommend. Thanks Maggy :)

we arrived 5min late at the hostel and there was a note: "Im out, call...". we had to go around looking for a public telephone.. when the owner finally arrived she did not apologize and was NOT friendly. i think she should have waited AT LEAST half an hour or should have written: "i´m back at ... hs". ZERO responsability and really bad attitude. it was a very bad start for our vacations. the room was okay but the hostel was not worth the money we payed.

There is no sign on the door or even a name on the doorbell. It was almost impossible to find. It's not a guest house and shouldn't advertised as such. It is just an old dirty house without charm and the prices over the weekend fluctuate so much that it is actually cheaper to stay somewhere else. There is no natural light and the smell in the inner courtyard makes it impossible to open your window that faces the wall 1.5 m away. The website is completely misleading.
