This was one of the nicest places I've stayed in! The room was pristine white and very roomy. It is located a bit outside of the main city but a short walk to the subway that takes you to wherever you want to go. Our host was very friendly and provided some resources to show us what we could do. I would definitely come back again!

I highly reccomend Magic Rome Guesthouse. The staff is very careful with us, sending messages to cell phone with information regarding directions to take, among others. The room is very good, as well the toilet. The place is clean, very safe and just about 20 min walking to some of the nicest sites in town, such as Coliseum. The bus coming from the train station stops almost in front of the building, which makes it very accessible. The lady encharged is also very kind, speaks English fluently.

It was the second time in Magic Rome; We like to stay there because it's in a save area but it's also closed to the city. The owner are very friendly and helpful. In the next time, we'll travel to Rome we'll stay there again.

Good: very close to the Colosseum and reasonably close to a subway station. Nice room. Very clean. Bad: breakfast is not in the hostel, but in a bakery just on the corner, which they have a partnership with - it's only a coffee and croissant. There are no kitchen itens available at the hostel, such as forks and knives or a cooker etc.

The Hostel was definitely more like a Hotel in standard. The room was perfect with a balcony, brilliant big proper bed, beautifully done bathroom with a great shower and all the small bits you need like hairdryer, a/c and internet. Concetta was delightful and helpful and we enjoyed eating the included breakfast at the little cafe on the corner. 10/10.

The best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in! Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Magic Rome guesthouse. Wonderful location, clean, modern, secure appartment. Massive thanks to our host Concetta-she was kind, helpful and welcoming. We would not dream of staying elsewhere on future trips to Rome.

I stayed here with my partner on our first trip to Rome. We were greeted with the Owners Cleaners (sorry forgotten name- it was back in early March) She gave us maps and tips of where to eat and what to go and see. we Met concetta the next day and she was lovely. we were blown away with the apartment and we stayed there for 2 nights on our own as the other guest in the other room hasn't arrived. It was a good distance to all the tourist spots and easy to navigate to the buses and trams.A+
