Gustavo was a great and helpful host. He organised many things for me and he was always willing to a assist wherever he could. He was pleasant and approachable at all times. Rooms are clean but beds are very hard. Kitchen needed pot scourers and cloths to clean dishes with. The setting is amazing and has lovely surroundings with lots of bird life. A good introduction to the Amazon.

The Hostel is just awesome, it s just relaxing and you can feel like in paradise if you don´t want to do anything than doing nothing:-) The stuff is very friendly and the whole hostel area is a nature paradise. I really enjoyed my stay!

The owner gave my friends and I every reason to leave, he was rude, selfish and he basically ripped some others at the hostel off by $50 or more. He moved our bags and clothes constantly and when we asked for them he said he didnt know where they were. We were not rude at all, he just continued to be a difficult person.

Gus, the owner, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get the fast boat to Iquitos, and guided me through the quite-tricky process. Many thanks Gus!
