I stayed at the dormitory - it was great. The owner Yoko is an excellent and fantastic host and treated me like family. The place is also a few minutes walk from Hakuba One gondola. Highly recommended.

Yoko and her family were such amazing hosts and made my stay very welcoming and enjoyable. The house is tucked away in a quiet street, yet is only a 4 minute walk to the Happo One gondola, and pretty close to the shops and bus station. Yoko also can give you a lift to many places, and is very helpful and speaks excellent english. I'll definitely be staying there again next year! - Richard

Yoko is amazing, she welcomed me warmly to the lodge and introduced everyone so it was really easy to meet and chat with others. The staff are also very nice and helpful, I was lost after a snowboarding lesson, and with some help from a nice stranger, a staff member promptly picked me up in a van! Yoko and her team are just amazing. The lodge itself is like a home, it's warm, cozy and safe. Bathroom, toilets and rooms are impeccable. Highly recommend this place.
