The location of the Hotel is very very good, just 10 mins from the station and right in the centre. The service was nothing so special considering the price of one room. Breakfast consist in only coffee and croissant (any other choice). Staff is friendly and nice but I would suggest the place only for a couple of nights and to young and flexible people, not for long family period stay.
It was a nice place to stay while we visited Rome. It had lots of nearby restaurants and shops. It has all the things you need for a pleasant stay in Rome.
Well located, between the hip neighborhood of Monti and the historical city centre; everything is at hand. Now remember that it is indeed a hostel, so the price implies that it is not a hotel and that facilities have to be shared with other guests. The bathroom definitevely needs to be refreshed and a real heater would be most appreciated during winter. However Teresa was more than helpful and welcoming. Besides, regarding breakfast, it is served in a nearby café, not directly in the hostel.

Hostel world's website says that there will be free internet at the rooms, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. We stayed for 4 nights and asked many times to the staff to fix the Wi-Fi and there was no solution and no explanation or excuses for that problem. One of the worse things a hostel could do is to promise something that they don't have. to make it worse, the owners act as if it wasn't their problem and didn't make nothing to solve the problem that affected all the gests.
