Staff was extremely friendly and the hostel was very clean. The staff provided a map and circled the places to go see. The room was very clean and was exactly what we were looking for. Great place, great location, would definitely stay there again and recommended it to anyone traveling in Rome. They have a few locations.

Extensive wait time at property address. After calling no provided we waited a further 15 mins before a man jumped out of a car and escorted us to another hostel without any explanation as to why. After check in we were showed our room which was completely different to the one that was advertised- noisy, unfinnished. After complaining the owner came to the property and advised that he had decided to move us to another hostel as advertised one was ‘unavailable’. Owner was difficult and rude.

It has no sign! We were really late due to the snow affecting flights and were wandering up and down the street looking for it - luckily they were out looking for us as well! A bit of warning and maybe a photo of the door on the site would be a good idea until they get a sign! Once in it was great - nice fresh, clean place, plenty of hot water. Private bathrooms are not en-suite but we didn't find that a problem and they locked our bags up & gave us a key to retrieve them on our last day.

The bed in double rooms are not real double bed, it is only two single bed being togehter. Cleanless is not given important very much, They don't clean deeply. And the most important problem is heater. There are no heater and the hostel is very cold!
