Don't stay here! Ive been traveling in hostels around Europe the past month (studying abroad in Copenhagen) and this was by far the worst place ive been. We stayed for 20 minutes then went somewhere else for the rest of the weekend. Also, casablanca is pretty sketchy so be safe while you're there. Day trip to Rabat or Marrakesh is highly recommended. Good luck!

The Staff was very rude and not helpful. The woman who runs the hotel agued with me because the didn't accept credit card (which is already absurd), and when we arrived, instead of check us is, she went to have lunch... WITH OUR PASSPORTS, AND WITHOUT SAYING A WORD!! Me and my fried had to wait almost half an hour in the lobby with our bags!! Absolutely outrageous.

Worst place I have ever been. You were able to see the stars through the bathroom, because the ceiling was about to come down. There was mold all over the walls in the room. Toilet and sink already had brownish touch. Though the bed was relatively clean there were still some stains on the blankets. First impression was the girl in the reception who was quite unfriendly and charged more for the room due to some "tourist fees"!

Improve hygiene. The bathrooms are really dirty and old. It seems the rooms are only cleaned superficially.

The room was clean, but the hallway was in fact a constuction site, with people tearing down walls. not recommended

Check -In: Nice front desk staff. It's unfortunate that they don't take credit cards because this is not a cheap hotel compared to other Moroccan cities. The hotel would get better reviews if they accepted credit card, even if they add an additional fee to the guest to help cover credit company charges. Though aged furniture, well cleaned. Not really tourist hotel. No tourist services if maps, etc. Cold rooms in December. Despite having no heat in the rooms, the water was very hot which is good

Great location - a short walk to the tramway and only a little further to the medina. Basic but adequate rooms. Helps to know some French, since that is what the desk staff speaks. Breakfast included (they may not mention it).

Maybe they could install movement-sensitive lighting on each floor. The lights are on all night long. So there is always a glimpsy light shining through the door gaps and THINK more of the enviroment!
