Excellently located apartment in the historical centre, right opposite the Ataranzas central covered-market, with its historical principal gate, where boats were originally built and restored.

Situated less than a five-minute walk from the town centre train stop. (A local train line service which you can catch directly at the airport).

As the property is situated in the town centre, but not in the noisy, bustling area of where the bars are found, you can enjoy sampling the lively nightlife and atmosphere; simply stroll around to explore the historical centre, the museums, monuments and central shopping streets to be discovered in Malaga.

The apartment comprises of a fully-equipped bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen area, living room and two bedrooms, one with a walk-in wardrobe. From the balcony you can observe the famous Semana Santa (Holy Week) processions and with excellent views. Sleeps six people in two double beds and two extra beds.

The renowned mid-August Malaga Fair, at the peak of the tourist season, is a must for those who enjoy a full non-stop week of typical celebration 'partying' in the street and the Fair, on the outskirts of Malaga, with its typical 'Casetas'.

Right next to the Alameda Principal, where you can catch the local buses to visit other well-known parts of Malaga, especially Pedregalejo and El Palo, with their beaches, typical seafront restaurants (to sample the delicious range of fish and seafood, famous in Malaga) or a coffee or drink later on one of the terraces of the selection of bars also to be found on the seafront.

The Paseo del Parque has recently been renovated and has a unique range of species of plants from all over the world in its botanical garden.
