We came to Malaga to spend time on the beach. We weren't interested in sightseeing or spending time in the city center, so this hostel was perfect. You walk a block down to the pedregalejo beach, which is a lovely spot with little inlets and lots of bars and restaurants alongside it--perfect for trying their traditional pescaito frito or having a mojito and relaxing. the bus is easy to get into the city. 1/2 hour to the train station, though. Excellent facilities & kitchen.

Nice staff, facilities are ok. Our room did not lock, which didn't make security seem too good. Breakfast ok -- orange juice a plus. Would not recommend for younger travelers; older travelers, yes.

Very clean, very friendly staff, the breakfast is a bit plain but the rest of the facilities makes up for it. The location is right next to the beach so perfect if you want relaxing holidays. It's a 15 mins bus ride (bus 11) or a very pleasant hour-long walk on the beautiful seaside all the way to the city centre. Had a great time, I would really recommend the hostel!
