Lovely hotel just outside the main attractions of the city. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and there was plenty else to do within the hotel. Plus there was a small shopping centre right next to the hotel.

The emplacement was perfect, not too far from the city centre. There is a swimming pool with sauna and steam, everything gratis so it was great. The room was perfect, nothing to say. But we've been a little too late to ordered our dinner (9pm) so there was no more fries...

Very clean and up scale looking. It was a bit difficult to find as it is out on the fringe of the city and doesn't seem to be near anything. Didn't bother us though as we were just passing through. The food at the in hotel restaurant was good and even though the place was very crowded we were able to find a small table just outside the restaurant doors in the side hall.

What you'd expect with a 3* chain hotel. Need a swimming cap for the swimming pool but not the other facilities.

Breakfast not included in the booking price if you don't own a car, it's too far from anything and there is no bus, you have to take a cab. The room was great.

Very nice comfortable hotel and was in prime location for our stay for the pig n porter tag tournament in the old crescent RFC. Will definitely reccommend to a friend.

It was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. The room was large. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. There was a grocery store and a liquor store on the back side of the hotel, so that was great. The only downfall was that this place was outside the city center. It was walkable (2-3 miles), but not exactly ideal for walking home after dinner and drinks, and there wasn't anything nearby. The hotel bar was your average hotel bar, food was OK.

Excellent and very helpful staff! They quickly accommodated an extra night's stay for us after we had a terrible experience at a hostel in Cork that required us to end our stay in Cork early. The front desk attendants went above and beyond to help us find activities.

If was more than we expected. We had a suite and we could relax and prepared our meal. Fantastic. Highly recommanded. Jacqueline Québec, Canada

Excellent value for money. The room was massive and very clean. Staff were helpful. The spa facilities were amazing and free of charge. Wifi and free broadband in the rooms. It's not directly in the city centre but a 10 min drive. Good for a relaxing night sleep in the middle of a trip.

it was nice to stay at a hotel for a hostel price but this place was in the middle on nowhere. had to walk for 30 min from the train station and directions were not that great.

This is a great hotel, you'll have to ask the developers why they've plonked it in an area with such a bad reputation locally though.

Not a bad hotel, a bit out of the town but only 15 min walking distance or short taxi ride. hotel experience was the norm...

Great rooms and friendly staff and good value rates. Hotel bar had a great atmospeher late into the night! Thanks!

Live music was awesome, the bar was decent, the location.. was alright you have to take a taxi to get anywhere or already have a car so if you're form Ireland, you're good. Other than that, not a bad place at all.

in a really bad area of limerick... security is good though

pleasant stay, enjoyed it very much! thank you!

This is not a hostel, it is a very nice hotel but some distance from downtown so that if you come into the city late you wouldnt want to walk through the areas out to the hotel location. It is a very nice HOTEL but very quite when we were there, nothing much around the area.

It was very noisy on the floor at night.
