Initial contact with Malibu was not too good,I made the deposit booking via the internet whilst in Shanghai, before leaving China for Perth received an email saying that final payment for our stay was due, paid the money over the phone, did not receive keycode for our room as promised via an email,had to phone them to prompt them to send keycode .No telephone directories to be found in our room. DVD not connected to TV. To their credit was allowed to store excess luggage in storeroom.Rate 4/10.
